We encourage clients to come and meet us personally so that we can discuss their wishes in detail. However if you are unable to travel or are in hospital we are happy to come to you. We aim to provide a service that is speedy, efficient and cost-effective. We can carry out the following:
  • Wills

    We offer fixed fee wills and a reduced rate for couples who wish to prepare “mirror wills”. In addition to ascertaining your wishes we can advise you on some of the ways you can reduce liability to inheritance tax through trusts and lifetime gifts.

  • Trusts

    We work with a number of charitable trusts as well as manage a number of beneficiary trusts. Our experience in this area means we are able to offer a streamlined service, ensuring beneficiaries are paid, the aims of the trusts are met and trustees act in the best interest of the trust.

  • Estate Administration

    We offer a cost-effective estate administration service in situations where someone dies with or without a will. We take responsibility for all aspects of the estate, from payment of funeral expenses and other debts to collecting estate assets, preparing accounts for the Inland Revenue and distributing assets in accordance with the terms of the will of the laws of intestacy (where someone does without a will).
